I was generally happy with the care and feel fortunate that we have such a facility close to where we live.
Care and attention everything one would expect of a Nuffield brand hospital.
Very efficient and professional but at the same time very friendly.
Very competent staff who were very caring and supportive. The room was very clean with excellent facilities including an on suite bathroom/ shower. Staff were very quick to respond if you summoned them and were very helpful.
The physio was very good and easy to access without waiting.
There is a nice calm quiet feeling to the hospital and family and friends are welcome and there is always tea and coffee available for them and patients waiting for appointments.
No one chooses to have an operation for no reason but if the circumstances arise, without a doubt go to The Nuffield. Apart from simple things like easy to get there and park (no charge) it is more like a 5* hotel than a hospital. To say I enjoyed it is an overstatement but I certainly felt well looked after by everyone. The rooms are comfortable, the nursing staff excellent and the food really good - even at 2.30am!
Yes, should the need arise I would go there again with no hesitation.
I recently had a Total Hip Replacement surgery at the Nuffield Hospital at Leamington Spa and could not fault the care I had. From my conversions with Penny, Mr Faisals secretary, admission with reception to the fabulous and caring nurses, physios, catering, pharmacists and anaesthetist. (Separate review on surgeon) The hospital is extremely clean and comfortable. I was so well looked after that it made the experience so much more relaxed for me. Thank you to everyone, especially Karen who went the extra mile by washing my hair and moisturising my legs when I couldn’t.
The staff and facilities were superb
The staff and facilities are superb .
I had two ops (knee replacements) in the space of just over 3 months requiring 3 nights stay each time. Care was first class in all departments (pre-op, op and post-op) - always timely and caring with excellent staff throughout. A very professionally run Hospital.
I cannot fault this hospital at all, the staff were all wonderful form the doctors and nurses, physiotherapists, to the catering staff and the cleaners. It was spotless, the food was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I passed out the day after my operation and within seconds of the nurse ringing the emergency bell my room was filled with nurses they were all wonderful, caring and very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend the hospital to anyone and if I should need to have another operation I would definitely opt to go here.
